COCONUT JUICE

Coconut Juice

The coconut water contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7 and B9.  essential for the metabolic pathways of the mitochondrial detoxification. In addition to vitamin B, coconut water also contains vitamin C (ascorbic acid), which is an important natural antioxidant that also aids in the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) that are constantly consumed during the process of mitochondrial detoxification. Still, coconut water is rich in essential inorganic ions such as selenium, zinc, copper, manganese that act as catalysts of the antioxidant enzymes of the skin such as glutathione peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and Catalase, respectively.

Other components found in coconut water include sugars, sugar alcohols, lipids, amino acids, nitrogen compounds, organic acids and enzymes, and they play different roles in plant and human systems due to their different chemical properties. These compounds provide the coconut water special biological properties that provide the stimulus and homeostasis of the mitochondrial detoxification of the skin, which decreases with aging.
